1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern use of the Rosewood Real Estate Services website and its enquiry and booking features. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Property purchases, leases, management, renovation, agency and other professional services require separate agreements; those agreements govern the relevant transaction and prevail over these website terms where they conflict.
2. Property information is not an offer
Listings, photographs, descriptions, measurements, availability and prices are provided for general information and may change. Some information is supplied by owners, developers or other third parties. A listing is not a binding offer, confirmation of title, or guarantee that a property remains available. Confirm the property’s currency, sale or rental basis, payment period, taxes, fees and all material details with Rosewood before making a decision. Nothing on this website guarantees investment returns, rental income, appreciation or financing.
3. Independent checks and professional advice
Website content is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Before entering a transaction, obtain appropriate independent advice and verify title, ownership, permits, condition, dimensions and contractual terms. A website enquiry, brief or valuation request does not appoint Rosewood as your agent or create a completed property transaction.
4. Enquiries and appointments
Provide accurate contact details and only submit information you are authorised to share. Appointment availability is subject to confirmation. Please use the available booking controls or contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule. A consultation or viewing does not reserve a property. Any service charges, cancellation charges or other commitments must be disclosed and agreed separately before they apply.
5. Prices, fees and payments
The final price, agency fees, deposits, taxes, payment instructions and refund conditions must be set out in the relevant written agreement or confirmed documentation. Do not rely on a website listing alone as authority to transfer funds. Independently verify payment instructions through a known Rosewood contact, particularly if bank details change. These website terms do not create a payment obligation or replace the refund or cancellation rights in an applicable agreement or law.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details and private booking links secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent or unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, collect other users’ information or copy content in breach of applicable rights. 10. Governing law and concerns
These website terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, subject to mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction. Please contact info@rosewoodgh.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. If a dispute remains unresolved, the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear it. A separate property or service agreement may specify different governing law or dispute procedures for that transaction.
