Payment Plan

Our payment plan is spread over a period of 6 months.

• 10% of indicative purchase price as commitment and reservation fee
• 30% within one month after commitment and reservation
• 25% within the next two months
• 25% of indicative purchase price within the fourth month
• 10% of indicative purchase price within the sixth month
  Note: Outright payment can be made if funds are readily available.
